Job Description

• Contributes to the decision making process and the accomplishment of the tactical plans of the business by counseling and advising on all financial and business related matters. • Assists in preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification. • Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities. • Perform analysis on proposed projects, acquisitions, or closures. • Makes recommendations regarding improving operations and financial position of company. • Helps forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations. • Guides and directs management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's products and services. • Directs the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives. • Creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its projected growth. • Establishes operating policies consistent with the chief executive officer's broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution. • Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the chief operations officer. • Perform other duties as requested or required
